Doing more with a to-do
Try assigning to-do items to team members so you can manage project goals. Later, if you don't want to expand all those sections to look for a single item, you can view all to-dos from the To-Do List tab.
Assign a to-do
To-dos are not assigned to anyone by default. So any member of the activity can complete it.
- Open your to-do.
- Click More options.
- Click the arrow after Assigned To.
- Select One or more activity members (50 max).
- Select people to assign.
Add a due date to a to-do
- Open your to-do.
- Click More Options.
- Click the Due Date field.
- Select a new due date from the calendar.
- Click Save.
Notify people of a to-do
- Open your to-do.
- Click More Options.
- Select Notify people of this entry.
- Select people to notify.
- Click Save.
