Adding files and links

Adding a file

1. Click the My Blogs page.
2. Click Entries for the blog you want to edit.
3. Click File Uploads.
4. Browse for one or more files to upload. The default file size allowable for uploading is 1 MB per file, up to a total of 4 MB for all files. Your site administrator can adjust both the allowable file size and the allowable file type.
5. To organize files in a folder, enter a New Directory name and click Create.
6. To delete a file from the blog, select a file and click the Delete icon.

Adding a link

1. Click My Blogs.
2. Click Settings for the blog that you want to edit.
3. Click Links.
4. Click Add Link and enter a title for the link and the URL.
5. If the link is to a feed, enter the feed URL.
6. If you want to use an image instead of link text, specify the image file to use.
7. To impose a sort order, enter a number for the link. Links display in order from the smallest number to the largest one.
8. Click Save to save the link. Links display in a Links section on the blog page.
9. To delete one or more links, navigate to the Links page, select the box next to one or more links and click Delete.
10. To edit a link, click the Edit icon next to the link.
